How to Exampt a Directory and Sub-Directory from URI Rewrite Rule and condition

Do you have more than one script installed at same location ? You may have installed one script in main directory and another in a sub-directory. Are you using mod_rewrite rule and condition for the script which is installed in root directory, in this situation you can not access the another script which is installed in sub-directory.
